Kirk Anderson-Manager / CEO

 
In late 2005, Mr. Anderson (48) became Manager and Acting CEO of Mobile Technology Group. With extensive marketing and sales background he adds experience in building a wide variety of businesses.

Acting as partner, manager, director, president and CEO of a variety of different companies, Mr. Anderson has extensive experience in a wide variety of entrepreneurial activities. His background includes Co-Founder of the Discovery Group, one of the initial Special Event Marketing Companies organized in the 1980’s who managed the special event activities of AT&T, General Foods, Nintendo, Polaroid, Procter and Gamble, NEC, and others. In 1990 he became partner in KHWY, Inc., a radio station group which he grew from two stations to eleven, and holds a virtual monopoly over its competitors.

Graduating cum laude from Brigham Young University in 1980 with a BA in Communications, Kirk has built businesses generating tens of millions of dollars.
James Tyner-Controller / CFO
Mr. Tyner (42) has been in the financial industry since 1990 where he started his career with the Disney Corporation as a financial analyst. During his 7 years with Disney, Mr. Tyner was involved in numerous financial projects including the launch of the Animal Kingdom in Orlando and Disney Cruise Lines.

In these roles, Mr. Tyner was responsible for creating the capitalization budget of those projects as well as the preparation of all risk analysis involved with funding and launching of each of those unique businesses.

After leaving Disney in 1997, Mr. Tyner was Chief Financial Analyst of the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, NV. Mr. Tyner spent 2 years as the CFA and later became a corporate finance manager for Borden Foods. While at Borden Foods, Mr. Tyner was responsible for the divestiture team of one of the leading product categories within Borden that was sold to 3 different companies. Mr. Tyner holds a BS in Finance from the University of Florida and a Masters in Business Administration from University of Iowa
Alexander Ramia / CTO
Mr. Ramia has had over 24 years in the telecommunications business 18 of which with AT&T and 5 years with Panasonic where he was responsible for cutting edge consumer electronic R&D devices that utilized IPv6. Mr Ramia served as the spokesman for Panasonics IPv6 in Americas and represented Panasonic at the IEEE P1901 Power line technologies forum. MR Ramia has extensive knowledge in development of complex data applications suitable for the emerging mobile platform.
Ricardo Micheri-VP Projects / Business Development
Mr. Micheri has over 18 years of experience in the technology field. He founded Mr. Image Computers in 1989, providing small office network solutions for specialized professions. In 1992, Mr. Micheri expanded his entrepreneurial portfolio when he founded Neo-Glo Industries where they developed a low voltage lighting solution that later sold to a Taiwanese Manufacturer.

Mr. Micheri then became Director of Operations for HotelONet. Rick continued to diversify his career in technology as Vice President of Research and Development for Integrated Gaming Solutions, where he was responsible for refining team and project management procedures. Mr. Micheri has also consulted for Wireless Warehouse, a chain of retail stores, focusing on integration of shared information network, inventory management systems and development of automated billing systems for their subscribers. Mr. Micheri earned a Business Degree from California State University San Marcos, specialization in High Technology Management.
